At Rock Rig Supply, we know off-roaders don’t baby their rigs — and we wouldn’t want you to. Our light bars are built for real trails, real rocks, and real adventures. That’s why every Rock Rig Supply light bar is backed by our Lifetime Send It Warranty, covering both manufacturer defects and user-caused damage under nearly any off-road condition.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers:

Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

User damage resulting from off-road use — including rollovers, rock impacts, trail mishaps, or “I was just testing the roll cage” moments.
We believe in running rigs hard, and we think our customers should be able to do the same without worrying about replacing a busted light bar every time gravity gets the upper hand.
The Fine Print (Because Lawyers Exist)

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

Each light bar purchase includes coverage for up to three (3) total replacements during its lifetime.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement orders.

Replacement eligibility requires photo proof of the damage (yes, we actually want to see your trail carnage — rollovers, rocks, and all).

This warranty does not cover intentional destruction, fire damage, or non-off-road misuse (like testing it with a hammer or using it as a boat anchor).
How to Submit a Claim

Take clear photos of the damaged light bar and the situation that caused it (the more dramatic, the better).

Email the photos, your order number, and a short description of what happened to warranty@rockrigsupply.com.

We’ll verify your claim and process a replacement. You just cover shipping, and we’ll handle the rest.
